How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to support@pet-art.shop with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account so we can identify your data.

What Data We Store

When you use our Service, we may store the following data:

• Account information: Name, email address, and authentication details.
• Order history: Records of purchases, payment references, and shipping details.
• Uploaded images: Photos you uploaded for AI portrait generation.
• Generated artwork: AI-generated images created from your uploads.
• Credits and transactions: Your credit balance and usage history.
• Reviews: Any product reviews you submitted.

What Happens Upon Deletion

• Your account will be permanently deactivated.
• Your uploaded photos and generated artwork will be deleted from our storage.
• Your personal information will be removed from our database.
• Order records may be retained in anonymized form as required by tax and accounting regulations.
• Any unused credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Response Time

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
